The practice philosophy
Our primary goal is that you feel comfortable in our practice in Zurich HB and that the treatment results achieved always meet your expectations. We value a relaxed and calm atmosphere in our dental practice, in which you as a patient feel that you are in good hands. All treatment steps are explained to you before, during and after the treatment.
We would like to offer you dental treatment at the highest professional level and provide you with the best possible care at all times. Our practice is based on the latest and most modern dental knowledge and developments. Even during demanding and long treatments, we support you with sensitive care to keep your smile.
Our long-term treatment focus is in the field of general dentistry, always in connection with optimal function and a prophylaxis concept that is personally tailored to you, because professional care and an individual preventive program are the best prerequisites for beautiful, radiant and healthy teeth.
Our hygiene measures
We have very precise and strict hygiene protocols in our practice to ensure that we can protect patients.

Repeated daily cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and objects (e.g. also door handles, coat hooks)

All treatment instruments are disinfected, individually packaged, and sterilized and dated in the thermal sterilizer.

The thermal sterilizer is checked and documented daily for correct performance

The treatment chairs and surfaces are disinfected after each patient; close-knit disinfection and rinsing protocols are carried out and documented in the morning, in the evening, as well as on a weekly basis

We all wear disposable masks all day, as well as gloves and face protection or eye protection during treatments

The patient towels are washed at 90°

Corresponding cleaning is carried out in the toilet several times a day

The practice is cleaned several times a week by cleaning staff
Since March 2020 we have been keeping an additional hygiene protocol based on the position paper of the Swiss
Zahnärzte-Gesellschaft (SSO) on the Covid-19 pandemic. Additional measures that have been recommended:

Patients are asked to disinfect their hands upon entry

Newspapers and magazines were removed from the waiting room

If possible, patients are asked to go to the waiting room alone

The rooms are ventilated after the treatment

At the start of treatment, patients flush with 1.5% diluted H202 (hydrogen peroxide) for 30 seconds
These measures ensure that we can protect you and the team and treat you correctly.
